Hinge Health gives you virtual physical therapy and personalized care for muscle and joint pain, injury recovery, pelvic floor health, and menopause — all conveniently accessed through the Hinge Health app.
What is Hinge Health?
Hinge Health provides personalized support to help you ease pain, recover from injuries, improve mobility, and feel better day‑to‑day. You’ll work with real physical therapists and a dedicated care team who guide you throughout your journey. Your program may include muscle and joint pain support, injury recovery, pelvic floor therapy, menopause care, and Enso® drug‑free wearable pain relief (based on eligibility).

Who is Eligible
Hinge Health is available at no additional cost to:
• Adults 18 and older
• PEBP’s self‑funded participants enrolled in the:
– Consumer Driven Health Plan (PPO)
– Low Deductible Plan (PPO)
– Exclusive Provider Organization Plan (EPO)
