A Surgery Benefit That's Hard to Believe
Carrum Health helps eligible members and their dependents get surgical care from the top hospitals and surgeons in the country, often at little to no cost. Covering over 100 procedures including: knee, hip, shoulder, spine, heart, weight loss surgeries, cancer care and more.
Who is Eligible
Available to PEBP's self funded participants enrolled in the Consumer Driven Health Plan (PPO), Low Deductible Plan (PPO), and Exclusive Provider Organization Plan (EPO) at no additional cost as part of your insurance benefit.
Centers of Excellence
Our Centers of Excellence program connects you with a carefully selected network of top‑tier hospitals and specialists. Each provider is evaluated using more than 50 quality measures, including compliance with evidence‑based guidelines, appropriate treatment practices, and low rates of complications or readmissions.
This means you receive access to high‑quality care supported by rigorous standards, helping you feel confident throughout your treatment journey.

Chemotherapy and radiation services are now available locally for all cancer types. Dedicated oncology nurses and care navigators provide high-touch, personalized support throughout your care journey. Each episode includes more than 12 months of ongoing assistance, including help with financial questions and logistical needs, so you never have to navigate treatment alone.
